Having enjoyed modest success, we wrapped up in late 2009 to focus on our professional careers and growing families. I look back on my time playing with Shot to Velvet fondly and still enjoy the music we created. It taught me how to manage creative endeavours, balance stakeholder requirements and perform under pressure.
